Game wont start

Hi guys, I downloaded a bunch of mods today (maplebell social interaction, improved toddlers, life is drama, slice of life, bottle warmer for toddlers, Messy relationships). I deleted all of them when I realized my game wont start but it is still not working, does anyone have the same problem?

    lk-schnezl Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, run a Game Repair in the EA App (or the equivalent on Steam if you use that), then open the game to test again. Note that that maplebell mod is listed Previously Broken
