No mod that isn't cleared or updated for patch 1.116 should be consider up to date. Many, many uncleared mods are broken. If you have no issues without mods, then a mod is the cause.
I've had no problems yesterday, with mods, until last night. It started to act up again. None of my mods should be conflicting.
