Help! The mods in my game wont work

Ever since like earlier this year(i dont know exactly when) my mods just wont work in my game. When I start my game, the first thing that shows up is the “mods at startup ”screen and it shows all of the mods i have downloaded but when i play my game they dont do anything! I have tried literally everything, script mods are on, all of my mods are compatible with my game,and i have uninstalled EA many times. I just dont know what to do anymore.
