    Thank you- figured it out. For anyone having a similar problem, for me it was Better Exceptions causing the issue.

To test to see if mods/cc are causing this issue, try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

    Alright- this worked so it must be a mod- do you have any methods for seeing which file is causing the issue? I have several thousand pieces of CC/ mods installed and am unsure how to figure out which is the problem.
