Help with MCCC settings

I have a question about settings in MCCC. Is there a way to make MCCC respect the sexual orientation settings you set in CAS using the EA method? For example I always make Diego Lobo gay in CAS using the EA settings, but MCCC will without fail marry him off to a woman. This is frustrating me to death. I feel like there must have been a change in MCCC when the orientation and pronouns changes were made by EA, but dang I can't find anything like that, and I have looked. I will admit to being very tired tonight! Any help would be so appreciated. I asked over on Discord but after an hour they hadn't answered me so I kind of slunk away LOL.

    @FatTribble23 This is from a reddit post.

    You can click on a sim in the world or in the relationships panel of an active sim. From there, the little MCCC logo and option should pop up. Click on that, then go to Sim Flags, I believe, and hit the “MC Pregnancy” tab. You can flag that sim same sex or opposite sex relationships only.
