Help with my sims 4 please!

Hey! ive been fighting with my sims 4 game for months. Ive deleted the game and completely started over and it still is messing up. I am going to include an image of what the top left of my scren looks like in game. I dont know if its something corrupted in my mods and/or cc because I installed something to tell me in game if anything is corrupted and it says that nothing is wrong. i can create new sims and stuff i just cant really play the actual game because of this malfunction.
