The game won't let me play. It only allows me to create families and build. Ever since the new update it's been like this.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- What error code are you getting ?
