Even after yesterday's update, my game STILL will not allow pregnancy. I use mods and I am pretty sure I have updated them as well so why can I not get any sim pregnant?

morguedout Did you have Lumpinou's pregnancy fix? If so, remove it, delete localthumbcache, and try again.
You should maybe try it without mods so to eliminate with no doubt the possibility of it being a mod.
Did you try different places ? For example Try for Baby in shower
