Household Thumbnail And Portrait Won’t Load

Hi guys so I keep getting the pesky issue i had to restart my save file that i was building and working on for months, now fast forward to the present the issue is happening again. I’ll link pictures of the issue below.

So whenever I hover over an household their thumbnail picture won’t load it just keep spinning. This also happens when I’m in manage world mode. Even when I’m in live mode as I’ve shown in the screenshot below I cant see the sim picture for notification and I can’t see my sims friend list nor can I see the sim picture below. Even when I’m in cas the sims picture below won’t load which results in the game not being able to save, if im in manage world and I save my sim it won’t save but just keeps loading and it never comes off.

if anyone can help me I’d  appreciate it as I don’t know what could cause this issue, I just wanted to make a personalise save file and play my game ☹️

    Hai and yes i always delete local thumbnail and cache before I start my game

    Hai and yes I do use the pink ui mod but I’ve tried tested my game without mdos and it seems like the error still occur ☹️

    @Unholywaifu Please try this vanilla test:Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

    If that works, download a new copy if Pink UI and try it. You want the version from the March 30 Patreon post.

    If that works, you can re-add your other mods (but not a duplicate Pink UI).

    Hi, So I’ve tested without any mods and deleted local cache everything seems to be loading up when i hover over households  however when i hover over a residental rent lot the thumbnail portraits won’t load.When I try loading into a residential rent lot i get an forever loading screen.

    Also when i open manage world it looks like this  the thumbnails won’t load ☹️ 

    So i tried going to main menu to start a new game but the sim profile picture below won’t load it just keeps spinning so the sim cant be save.

    So next i tried deleting my sims 4 document folder and started a fresh save everything loads up properly even in the manage hosuehold section. 

    Then I put in back my save and trays then the new downloaded Pink Ui Mod and tested game they load when I hover over them but when i enter manage household they dont?

    @Unholywaifu Pull your game data back out and let's add it in more gradually.

    Start by dragging The Sims 4 out of Electronic Arts to the desktop. Start the game to create a new folder and reset your options. Open the game to test.

    Next, let's get your UI mod working. Download a new copy of Pink UI from Dskecht's Patreon and install it in the new Mods folder. Test that.

    If that works, add back just your save and retest. You can add other mods and the Tray files after.
