i can't move sims into a home

basically what the title says. i can't move sims into a house. it first started when i couldn't make them interact with one another so i deleted some mods that were used for the gameplay, and then tried logging back in, and i suddenly couldn't play with the household i was in. it would show me all the worlds and when i would select a house it would just send me back to the menu with all the worlds. ive tried to restart the household (create a new one and use a household from my library) but it would do the exact same thing. does someone know how to fix this? i literally can't play the game because of this and it's pissing me off.

    Are you getting an error code come up? If so, could you post what it is here.
    Also try testing by moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there

    rosemow​ i'm not getting an error code. it just goes back to showing all the worlds.

    How do I move the mods/where do i move them to? Sorry if it's a dumb question, I haven't been using mods for long lol

    thanks for sending it! the game now works (luckily) do you know if i can get the mods i used back (and that are not broken/causing issues) to return without also bringing broken ones back?

    The link that I posted in the earlier post explains how to test to see which are the mods/cc that are causing the issue. You can then remove the ones that are broken and see if the broken ones have been updated or not.
