Household Won’t Load

I’m trying to load my household but it just takes me right back to neighborhood screen. When I press it again it crashes, I’ve tried recovering saves and copying saves and nothing works. I’m not making a brand new save file if it means losing the entire history and story do my sims. I don’t know how to fix it or find the issue with the game. All folder are where they belong, nothing is move I repaired the game and everything. I really don’t want to lose this save file.
