How do i fix games endless loading?

I did the 50 50 method and it worked but as soon as i put all the mods back together despite working fine when doing 50% of them then took out replaced with other 50% the game wont load when i put them all in there. I have done computer scans and did a little searching see if it was the game software but that also didn't fix it.

So did 50/50 method all mods work and will load. Put all in no loading,

deleted local no help

did a clean install and repair on game no work.

checked my computer drivers and did some windows power cell searching didn't find anything

the only thing i can find is when you go into the task manager and then details it has a wait chain on network but all other games are fine and quiet stable with the network even multiplayer bg3 so i dont think its my network. {that game is massive wifi eater on multiplayer}. I also play on a gaming computer with decent memory left so i doubt its incompatibility. This only started after update. i have also manually checked every mod is up to date. No error codes thrown either so no error page to show.
