How to properly install MC Command Center?

Edit: I *did* write this post. I lost it somehow, probably in the "not yet awake but upright" fuzz. I wanted to also mention a post in my thread right before Deaderpool's, from @Bonxie , that really does a nice job of explaining why MC (mods in general) is safe. If you follow his link, scroll up. Great read!
