I cannot plan a social event/ party via calendar or mobile in Sims 4 save

Hi everyone, 

I wonder if anyone else is having this issue! I cannot plan a social event when I click the phone or when I click the calendar in my save. I tried with another household too , to see if it is just my sim but it seems to be a consistent issues. Maybe something wrong is with my save file?

I have updated my mods, downloaded Better Exceptions and sorted out the files that may be an issue and deleted some script files/ mods that maybe affect parties like "Longer Parties/ and More guests" and i have also repaired my game and deleted a lot of cache in files and also the EA app. I will log into my game to see if there are any changes and edit this post. But the issue seems to be when I click the calendar, a black white square pops up with no options to organise everything. I also update my UI mods. 

Does anyone have any clue as to why this is happening/ what a solution could be? Any little helps :) 

(I own a windows 11 hp pavilion laptop btw)
