I can't edit my sims since the new update

Question

After the sims 4 update with the new pronouns options I haven't able to be able to customize my sims. When I try to customize a sims household or a sim individually it will bring me into the dress up page but it won't have anything to click on. Like it won't show any clothes, you can't select any other sims, no traits or anything, I can't even leave the dress up page. I have to shut down my laptop every time now just to leave the game. Please help.

@fairytailgurl Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Sounds like you might be using an incompatible one.

Custom content can get outdated with patches. If it works when you remove your mods folder, then one or more mods/cc is no longer compatible with the game and you have to find those.

@fairytailgurl&nbsp;If you are using mods, try removing any slider mods you have.&nbsp; That seems to the most common cause of CAS issues since the update.&nbsp; But it could be something else so you'll need to check all if them if pulling the sliders mods doesn't work.Hope this helps.
