I can't find my ea and orgin friends on the gallery of sims 4.

So for some reason me and my friends have been trying to find each other on the sims 4 gallery and have not been able to. I have tried absolutely everything and nothing has worked including searching her ea account id. Through both origin and Ea they are online and playing sims but when I try to look on my friends tab on the sims, It doesn't even show that we are friends. They completely disappear from my friends section in sims. I need help!

    Did they share something on the Gallery? If no that is why you do not find them there.

    The Sims 4 do not have a friends tab so I assume you mean the overlay from Origin or the EA App. You will need to add them as friends here.

    Yes they did share something on the gallery and I can't see it. Along with not being able to find their names or anything else about them. I also already have them added them as friends on Origin and on EA.
