I can't find my 'mods' folder on eletronic arts

My mods folder does not appear on eletronic arts I only can go like Eletronic arts>EA desktop>EA desktop and then I can't find the folder.

    Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4

    Note that this won't exist yet until you start the game for the first time.
