I can't get into the game

Question

Whenever I enter the game via the EA app, it is stuck on a white screen but whenever I enter the game via the shortcut, it loads, then when I try to do anything on the main menu, move my mouse or anything, it kicks me back to my desktop and when I try to get back into the game, it kicks me off AGAIN.

I tried everything to fix it, it all started with my mods, deleted all of them, did nothing. repaired numerous times, nothing. restarted the app, nothing. Finally with no other option I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and all my packs (Which took hours) which finally worked. I thought it was all fine so I installed mods again. Same issue. Uninstalled them and everything, everything was still the same.

The game is unplayable now, literally.

if this was my game, first thing I would do is rename Electronic Arts folder to Electronic Arts 1, then hits play on EA app, ea app will rebuild folder as new and untouched. then make a new sim, and play that sim for a few hours and do random saves, cas, swim, random stuff,, if crash put game into dx9 and repeat with sim, and if crash drop a dxdiag report for Tek guru to find problem, if game don't crash do 50/50 with mods. to me sounds like a mod/cc is corrupting your game
