I moved my sims4 to my D drive but...

it start up fine but when i go to CAS or BUILD only a few of my cc shows in game but when i look the mods list in game its waaaay more....anybody know why this is happening ?

    @Kosher30 What exactly did you move to your D drive ? The documents folder or the game itself ? Is that an internal drive ?
