To confirm that a mod is the cause, see vanilla and 50-50 testing in How to Use Mods and CC
There isn't a reliable tool for finding all broken mods and CC. Use the lists in Previously Broken mods and CC as a starting point -- everything there should be removed.
Counters are often broken by old 18+ mods that CANNOT be named or discussed or supported on any official EA site, including this one.
