I need help: How to use Tray Importer for the Sims 4 ?

I have seen many creations with the sims 4 tray importer and they all look so good, so I would like to be able to use it myself, I've already downloaded it but the problem is: I don't know how to use it. I want to replace some pictures but how? Can somebody please help me?

    What is it asking you to register for? Are you trying to use Winrar? Try using 7Zip to extract the files instead. https://www.7-zip.org/

    Try saving the zip folder to your desktop. Then open the folder and copy/paste the file inside it to another area on your desktop.Then double click that file, and the set up process will begin.
