I NEED HELP

I REALLY need help!! I updated the sims and since then every time I open it it freezes and doesn't respond and I'm forced to close it. I've already tried to check all the mods to see if there are any broken ones, but it doesn't seem to be (even if it works without mods), every time I split the mods to check if there might be something that doesn't work, suddenly everything is fine, then when I put them together it doesn't work anymore! What could it be? I've been having this problem for days now and I don't know what to do anymore, I hope someone can help me.
