Infinite loading screen with glitches when trying to access CAS in any way

hello everyone! first of all, this has been happening for a few days, even before I updated my game to the latest patch but it was working perfectly before so I'm a bit lost

I've updated pretty much every mod I can think of since the update and I still don't know what's causing it, better exceptions runs a report but it gives me no results

any ideas on what it could be?
