Is this base game thing or a broken mod thing?

JustUsGirls14​ Multiple mods can cause UI issues. Start at the current Broken and Updated Mods and CC lists, especially Updated. Don't look only at script mods. 

If you can't solve it from those lists plus Previously Broken mods and CC, you might have a mod not covered here. You can use vanilla testing to narrow the issue down. Be sure to delete localthumbcache too! You want those icons to regenerate.
