Issue with dream home decorator

Hello everyone, I have a problem with Dream Home Decorator: when I place the shelves, after starting the game, I find many of the shelves in the inventory of the sim instead of where I placed them.

I have already contacted EA support and have done everything they told me but the problem persists.

Has anyone had the same problem?

I hope this post can be read by the development team.
