items disappearing in build buy mode

items disappearing when trying to decorate my builds . i took mods out and tried to do it without cc and mods but the same problem is happening with them in and out ! this happened after the recent update . its getting annoying now&nbsp; &nbsp;

@kee1 Could you give a few more details ? Does it happen when you place then or when you go out and back in in build/buy ?

Have you checked your family inventory ? Are you using moo ? Have you deleted the localthumbcache file after removing your mods/cc ?

When I have my mods in my game and I try to place down cc objects they disappear . When I take out my mods and try to place down objects it still doesn’t work . I’ve deleted all broken mods and I’ve delete the local thumbnail&nbsp;

Try the following

Close the game
Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to&nbsp;Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
Start a new save game
Check if you still have the error
Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
