The first is your game files. The second is your user folder. This is normal.
For the mods that are not working if they were in a packed format such as .zip or .rar you need to unpack them. You should always read install instructions where you get them. You write 5000 which make it unlikely that they are all mods. The majority is probably Custom Content (CC). Again read instructions on how to use where you got it.
I've unpack all of it. Yesterday before I'm redownload a game my 5000 mods work. But now it's notworking.So it make me thinking that maybe it's not ploblem because of mods.
@deartwn Your mods need to go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods. The second screenshot shows the files are in Program Files > Electronic Arts, where the game won't be able to read them.
Can I reinstall and set it on drive D? Protect from problem my drive C will full .I've seen someone set on driveD.
