I've unpack all of it. Yesterday before I'm redownload a game my 5000 mods work. But now it's notworking.So it make me thinking that maybe it's not ploblem because of mods.
@deartwn Your mods need to go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods. The second screenshot shows the files are in Program Files > Electronic Arts, where the game won't be able to read them.
Can I reinstall and set it on drive D? Protect from problem my drive C will full .I've seen someone set on driveD.
@deartwn Yes, you can, in one of two ways. You can move the Documents directory to D, which is supported by Windows:

Or you can use a symbolic link to point the game to the location on D where you want to store your user data. This guide was written with an external drive in mind, but it works equally well with an internal one.
You can choose any folder on D except for the folder that contains the game's program files, as in, what you see in the first screenshot you posted. If you choose this option, please back up all your critical Sims 4 files—saves, mods, anything you'd be sad to lose—before proceeding.
I've tried to reinstall but I decied to install on folder documents. So In a picture its show two folders ,my folder on program files have all of files for thesim4 but on document it's have some files missed(I just know it normal). The point is did I install on the correct one because my mod still not working .It's work only script mod.
