This is usually caused by one or more broken mods. Follow the instructions I posted above.
Had the same problem, and the cause seemed to be TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L mod if that helps any
So partially got mine to work. I took all mods out, then deleted the localthumbcache and avatarcache files from my mod folder. I then re-installed gshade but rolled it back to a directx9 version. And set my ea app to advance load in -dx9. After that i repaired the game through manage tab on the ea app. Once loaded in the game i changed settings to a windowed version and started a new save. It let me into ravenwood finally so now im going through the task of putting mods back in one by one. If i come across one that rebreaks it ill post here for refrence
While putting mods back in that have been updated since patch ive found that t.o.o.l. Mod is so far still making ravenwood whitescreen but not the other maps
@LovinOrbit The current version and previous one of TOOL Mod are broken. See Broken/Updated Mods & CC while you're going through your mods.

THANK YOU FOR THIS!! EA Help was very USELESS in helping but your post quickly fixed my white screen issue!!!
If you have T.O.O.L mod, uninstall it. That worked for me.
Removing Twisted Mexi's tool mod fixed this for me. I don't know if they have an updated version yet. Haven't checked.
