List of modifier names? and where are the modifiers defined exactly?

Ok Mr. SimGuruModSquad, I have another question, can you provide a list of modifier names in cas? The one in the CASModifier files lack some parts, like butts and feet. Also, what files are the modifiers defined in? Thanks. This would help accelerate slider mods progress.
