Live Mode: Child sim skin glitching and outfits randomizing

For people who are coming to this still, (and maybe OP if you've not fixed yet) I get this glitch and I think it's because I have modded teeth on my sims, because it only happens when children's teeth fall out and, I assume, stops when the tooth grows in. 
I just put up with it cause I like the teeth mod, but worth looking at if you don't want it in your game :)
