Main Menu start up freeze.. is it mod/cc related still?

My main menu freezes after "load game" (pic attached) but when I force quit then reopened (several times) I can play a new game just fine CAS then move in all that with zero issues.. and all my mods+...

After taking mods+cc's out and onto my a desktop folder I made a quick sim and saved to see if I would see the same issue.... I did not (pic attached) SO i think maybe a mod is broken? SO i'll try testing them one by one 😢 trying to wein out which one isn't doing well AND I'll update them. And let you see the results...? I'm not too tech savy yet lol
