[Major Bugs] Ceiling lights missing & impossible to raze houses since update

Hi, I have a problem in my game since the september update that concerns all saves and many lots but not all of them
The problem: the ceiling lights are absent from the house, and when I add it via buymode and then travel to another lot and come back to the house the ceillings lights disappeared again.
In addition to that, on the lots where the ceiling lights are missing, I can raze the house, but on the lots where the ceiling lights are still present, when I try to raze a house, either the game crashes and freezes or it refuses to raze it and it says "an object cannot be deleted" and this object is actually all the lamps in the house, including the ceiling lights.
I also have another problem which is that in the lots where the ceiling lights are missing, when I add them via the buymode and  then try to save the lot in my library, I cannot and it indicates "server error"
I thought it was due to mods or cc but I removed them and nothing changed. I tried repairing the game via the EA app but that didn't change anything either.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the problem persists.
I don't know what to do anymore. In these conditions my  game is completely unplayable.
Can someone help me to fix this please
Thank you

Thank you very much for your reply. I tried a new save after repairing the game and had no problems. Then I went back to my old saves and the problem reappeared. So I think you're right: the mods affected my old saves and the problem persisted after removing them. Does this mean my old saves are broken? And Is there a way to repair them or are they permanently corrupted?
