Males Wearing Black Corset Like Thing

Hello all,

I'm hoping someone can give me some insight on this (or even better, a solution). All of my male sims are wearing what looks like a corset or some type of brazier thing. It's black, and it appears when they remove their top, or like when they're wearing swimwear (or when I remove the top in CAS). It's annoying, and I can't remove it in CAS.

Attached is a picture showing what I'm talking about. Any ideas on how I can remove this?

Please test with no mods or CC in a new save: vanilla and 50-50 testing . If that doesn't fix it, you need Bug Reports. If it does fix it, you can use something like Sims 4 Studio to look at your CC and delete the bad CC item and use LittleMsSam's Reset Bathing Outfit mod to help remove it if it's still stuck.
