(I use Better Exceptions in order to get the error message)What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing seems to occur, I simply get a pop-up from Better Exceptions saying there has been an error, and then the report gives me the following error message: [manus] matchmaking_service failed to handle on_all_households_and_sim_infos_loaded due to exception (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'manager')What do you expect to see? I expect the error message to not appear.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, however, it only started happening after I downloaded Lovestruck. @Vampiiriic Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

@Vampiiriic You might also want to check Broken/Updated Mods & CC Many mods are broken right now, including many we don't have news yet for. This was a very big patch in mod impact, and many modders were away on holidays.

Someone on a discord server tested the game vanilla and still got the same error. I'm getting it too, trying it vanilla right now, let's see.

@luthienrising Hi there! I don't believe this is a mod issue. I already did the 50/50 method, worked my way through every mod I have- it only occurs on my main save, but not on any other save. I'm also having a problem with the bills in my main save where they say I have "0 hours to pay", yet all the ways to pay the bill are unavailable. (Mailbox, computer, and phone don't display the option).I'm wondering if this could be the cause of the error? I can't read code or anything so I have no idea what the error even means.

@pnunesss Let me know if you find a solution please! For me it's not mod related, it's only happening on my one save file.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Nope. Just tested with MCCC only and everything is fine. It's definitely mod or cc related. I probably got one bad in here too 😢. I'll be checking mine again with scarlet's list.

@jpkarlsen Hi there! I went ahead and did as you instructed: removed the mods folder, deleted the localthumbcache.package, then made a new save to test. I gradually added mods in, and the error message never appeared again. Yet, when I went to play my main generations household, the error message returned. Like I said it doesn't seem to do anything, but it's frustrating for sure.

Funnily enough, I also happen to have the bill glitch in my main household save too. (The glitch where it says I have 0 hours to pay a bill, but you have no option to pay the bill). It's a big issue on the forum right now. I'm wondering if it correlates in some way?

@madisonswagger I have a bunch of mods, mainly CC, but the script mods I have are: MCCC, Better Exceptions, PosePlayer, Life Tragedies, Mortem, and Pandasama. None of these are the cause of the error, since I followed the method to test my mods and none of them caused the error. It only occurs on my main save!

The only gameplay mod we have in common is PandaSama, assuming you're using the Childbirth Mod. Could be that but given that you said this wasn't an issue on your fresh saves, it is very bizarre! Like you said, it doesn't seem to affect much.
