I don't know much about mods, but it looks to me - going by name only - that only possibly the Teen-Adult romance mod might conflict? How long have you played for with just MC installed, no other mods? Autonomous romance actions don't happen that frequently. For example, I might play a save for a 2–3 sim days and nothing happens; then another save I might play for a sim week and I get a couple auto-woohoos depending on the relationship between the sims... BTW, I don't think the mod allows for auto-ask-to-be-boyfriend/girlfriend - I don't recall ever seeing that function.
