There are three different MC menus depending on which game object you click.
If you click on a random SIM, you will see a menu more or less like this:
If you click on a MAILBOX, you will see a menu like this:
And if you click on a COMPUTER or TABLET, you will see a menu like this:
The Computer/Tablet-Menu is the 'Main-Menu', where you can configure most of the available settings. And in this menu at the first level all modules are shown which are currently installed. I guess you clicked on a sim and not on the computer.
If you start your game and enter a lot, you should see a message like this, in the upper right corner:
All the modules which are recoginized by MC Command Center script during startup are listed in this message.
