mc last exception not allowing me to place computers

hey guys!! i've been going through my entire mods folder trying to figure out what's going on for hours now, and im extremely frustrated. i may be overlooking something, but when i load into my save...

strawbsoju​ Please do a vanilla test - remove all mods and CC so only Resource.cfg is in the Mods folder, and delete the file called localthumbcache. Test in a new save.
