Mccc + pregnancy

So I’ve been watching some YouTubers and their pregnant sims can become depressed and such and feel baby kicks and stuff like that. Is that a certain mod or is that something I can do in mccc? Now these videos are like 3 years old but I do know she uses mccc. So I was just wondering if there was something I missed?
