missing floor
My basement ceiling is gone. I can no longer cover the ground, I see straight to the basement. I never deleted it or anything, just disappeared one day ☹️

Hello! Sorry you're having trouble with this. When you're in the view that is pictured in your image, you should be able to click a wall in the basement; probably easiest to just click on the wall above the pride flags. This will select the room and show a yellow outline. Click on that yellow outline and select "Build Ceiling". This should recover the ceiling and show the ground above again.
