Sim file share is pretty safe. I've downloaded hundreds of pieces of cc from there and never gotten a virus or anything bad.

As long as the links aren't under ad-fly or shorte-st you should be okay. All of the links I provided go straight to the download page.

@Bananas_45 How would I know if they were under ad-fly? I did see a couple that said something about it, but would they all?

Unfortunately, no, they don't all have that warning. Some of the creators like a few of the ones above are really nice and give you the option of adfly or an adfly free download. But, with many sites, you may not know until you click on the download link. If they have adfly or shorte.st click the x to close the page, Don't click on any offers and close all pop-ups. Don't believe sites that pop-up saying you need to update software or that there is a critical error that you need to call Microsoft for, those are scams. If you have virus protection on your computer such as Windows Defender, Norton, Kaspersky, or McAfee they should catch anything bad.

I'm only so nervous because I had a laptop destroyed by viruses back in the Sims 2 days. I was downloading CC and meshes willy Billy do don't want to risk that again.

I attempted to download something through Media(fire?) Can't quite remember if that was it or not now...? But that brought a pop up up so I was just like 'nope!'

I'll just have to be very selective I think. Thank you for your help. :)
