[MOD RELATED] Error code 102:457b7b46

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the expansions except eco lifestyle. For game packs I have all except Star Wars and out door retreat. Stuff packs I have moschino stuff, laundry stuff, my first pet stuff, movie hangout stuff, and spooky stuff and I have the holiday celebration pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load or start a new game as normal. Create a character and then pic any place to live and when that is done. When you’re loading to play in the household it shows up.
What happens when the bug occurs? When loading a household it deletes it and goes back to manage worlds. Then it shows up error code: 102.457b46:2316354a
What do you expect to see? I expect my game to run smoothly. I expect that when I am loading my household that it goes to gameplay without any error.

I haven't played TS4 for a while and wanted to get back into it. I downloaded some new CC and made sure that my mods were updated but when I went to play the game after the most recent update, I got an error message after trying to play a household I created. I could move them in, but when I went to play it kicked me back to the world selection screen and gave me the error code 102:457b7b46:2316354a. I'm not sure what this means so I need help figuring out how to solve it.

Info:
I use a MacBook and I have CC/Mods downloaded to my game. Everything worked fine before the most recent update.

Any suggestions on how to do that quickly? I know there isn't any software that is available for Mac users

Ok so I don’t took my mode out and I still keep getting this message I saw threads about it and they said something a pour a blue box idk what that is I’m still new to sims 4 help.
