[MOD RELATED] Newborns age to toddlers/Disappearing infants

This is happening to me too, and when I try to age up a newborn it automatically changes into a toddler then the game crashes.

@supermanda91 Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?

Try removing everything and see if it then works.

There are several mods/cc that can cause this.

Please also check your version number if you don't have infants in CAS and the game. The last four digits are important. If that says 15x0 or 16x0 then you're running the legacy edition and you will not be able to get infants.

I have mods installed, but i removed my broken mods and updated the ones that have been updated. I also removed all sliders, default eyes, and stand still in cas mods too.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to age up newborn into infant
What happens when the bug occurs? When I age up a newborn, they are aging into a toddler but remained as a newborn in the bassinet.
What do you expect to see? When aging up newborn, newborn should age into infant
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

When I age up a newborn in custom bassinet, they are aging into infants but remained as a newborn in the bassinet. I instantly exited the game (without saving) and removed a custom (overriden) bassinet assuming that it was the issue. I also repaired my game.

After repairing the game and removing the custom bassinet, the newborn would now age up into toddlers, instead of infants and remains as an newborn in the base game bassinet.

I removed other mods and attempted to age up the newborn again. However, the newborn still ages straight into a toddler while remaining as a newborn in the base game bassinet.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game

I even tried to create a new game with no mods and aging enabled, and still couldn't age up infants from newborns

I can create infants in CAS but can't age up from a newborn.

This is causing a HUGE problem with my legacy. 

I keep having a glitch where infants won't appear in my game, it doesn't matter if I age a newborn up or create one in CAS. Whenever I load a family the infant disappears. I've tried with and without mods, is anyone having the same issue?
