Mod The Reduces Muscle Gain And Bowling

I though I had placed a mod in my game that reduces the amount of muscle that is gained by sims. But I either imagined it or removed it since it wasn't updated by that last patch. Now a lot of females in my game look like buff men, and my males look like Mr. Olympia. :D Does anyone know of a mod that will prevent this from happening?

Also, wasn't there a mod that adjusted the bowling in game as well?
