Mods & CC: What’s Working, Broken, and Updated

Hello, everyone!

I decided to make a new post—this one will be a bit different. I want to use this discussion to list mods/CC that are currently working, not working, and any that have been updated.

I know this would usually go in the Mods Discussion category, but I thought posting it here might help reach a larger audience.

Please reply with the section you’d like your information added to. I know this might not do a lot, but it could still be helpful for others (including myself). Feel free to include links if you’d like!

Updating page on (due to amount of responses): March 23

Mods/CC Working:

  1.

Mods/CC Not Working:

  1. CAS Columns (depends on the creator; please specify which one you’re using and how many columns)
    1. weerbesu: More Columns in CAS

Updated Mods/CC:

  1.

I checked out your discussion about mods/CC; however, I wanted to do something different, so let’s make that very clear. This is not “just so I could post 18+ mods.” It isn’t about that—I have the right to make my own post. I am currently updating my post, and I have removed the 18+ mods that were mentioned. I did remove them yesterday after making the post, but it seems the change didn’t save, so I removed them again several hours ago to ensure they are no longer included.

I am fully aware that EA has strict policies against 18+ content. I understand that even mentioning it can be seen as promoting it, which isn’t appropriate for children, and I agree it’s not suitable for younger audiences. Based on my research on EA forums, while acronyms may be allowed, referencing 18+ content is still discouraged, especially if any names or descriptions are included. My understanding was that acronyms could be used as long as no full names or descriptions were provided, which is why I included them initially. However, I later decided to remove the mention entirely, realizing it wasn’t appropriate. The first edit didn’t save, so I removed it again several hours ago to ensure the post is fully updated.

Given that this type of content goes against EA’s policies, it wouldn’t make sense for me to intentionally create a post centered around it. That was never my intention. I understand what you’re saying about reporting it to you, but at this point it doesn’t make much of a difference unless I reach out privately.

I’m not trying to take over your existing discussion. I respect your post and have viewed it many times when issues have come up in the past. I simply wanted to do something on my own, which is my right as a user/simmer. Finally, I’m not in competition with you over who gets more views. If people see my post, they see it. As I’ve said, I respect your discussion and have used it in the past—I’m just doing my own thing alongside it.

Have a good day or night.

fq0o1bolzues You can't made a list for 18+/NSFW mods here. They are NOT coverable on the official forums, in any respect at all, ever. And you're not going to reach a larger audience than the pinned list that's been running for 11 years. It's really not worth the time. If you identify a broken mod that's not on the list, please check if it might be not on the list for one of the reasons given. Mods and CC that break EA rules cannot be covered here. If you think it should be covered but isn't, you can report that info to me in a new post.

I did see that! However, I wanted to make a new one that’s a little different—thank you!
