I bought a Horse Ranch expension pack at a local game store, but it does not work properly. I have clothes, furniture and I can create horses, but I don’t have an accessory icon on my clothes and filter, in build mode it’s the same. I also don't have an add-on icon in the gallery, I can't search for any buildings or sims created with this add-on,  I don't have a new world also. In the menu instead of the package icon I have a blue rectangle. I've already fixed the game with the button several times and it still doesn't work. Please help

    @Radecon Have you tried a game repair yet ?

    Do you by chance still have the CAS demo installed ?
