cupcakeyoyo Check Broken and Updated Mods and CC and remove anything not updated or cleared compatible, then try again. Be sure to also delete the localthumbcache file. You might also need to check the requirements of the mods you have, to make sure all of them currently have the other mods they require.

luthienrising I redownloaded all the mods last night with all the required mods, they are all showing up as compatible, I removed 2 that weren't. I also cleared the cache and created a new mods folder and resources file after clearing and its still not showing up in game. They are all showing up in the mods list from in-game settings but doesn't show up in game

cupcakeyoyo Are they all listed compatible in Broken and Updated Mods and CC ? Some modders just say "compatible" without naming the patch they posted that for. Some have the patch number really tiny and easy to miss.
I'm happy to look at a list of your mods. See the very end of How to Use Mods and CC for instructions on how to create that. You can use the paperclip in the reply box to attach it.

luthienrising Thank you!! I attached it here. The objects/overrides/maps/CC are all working okay, just the mods that aren't
