Mods not working with new update and lovestruck pack...

After purchasing the lovestruck pack and updating my game everything has been going wrong. I have a few mods as well as custom content in my game. Since having the issues, I updated all the mods. When I have the mods running in my game, I cannot access the create a sim. It will just stay on a white screen, and I have no way of exiting it. As well as it'll glitch my screen and I am not able to click anything. I have repaired my game dozens of times and have even completely uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game. I am at a loss of what to do. I've seen multiple people with the same issue. Any recommendations?
