xiyonce You likely have the issue covered in [CURRENT ISSUE] "Failed to Launch"/black screen (NO words)/some CC missing | EA Forums - 13273203 and Failed to launch error/Fully Black Screen when using CC | EA Forums - 13264167. For some players that manifests differently from others, though I haven't worked back and forth with enough players to know why some can sometimes load the game and others can't. (I've never been hit by the bug, making it harder to test why.) However, EA is currently testing a fix. See the links here.
