    @China2Crazy Various mods that touch some part of the UI can do this. Start at Broken/Updated Mods & CC . If using those lists hasn't resolved the issue for you (and it might not, because not all mods can be listed at AHQ), you can do 50-50 testing.

    Actually found it was a colorslider mod, more colums and twisted mexi's Better exceptions that did this. I updated and Now its fine! Thanks!
